Henrik Westerberg

Henrik Westerberg is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Head of Group Reporting and Strategic Finance at Neste since March 2021, where responsibilities include advising the CFO and CEO, managing forecasting financials, performance planning, and long-term financial processes. Prior to Neste, Henrik held various finance roles at Borealis from August 2014 to February 2021, including Controller for the BU Hydrocarbons & Energy and Site Controller in Porvoo. Earlier career includes a position as Business Controller at Hygga Oy, contributing to the company's growth in its start-up phase, along with internship experiences at Siemens Wind Power, Juva Engineering Ltd, and Konecranes Heavy Lifting Oy. Henrik holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from Aalto University and additional degrees from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
