Mykola Ivanchenko

Mykola Ivanchenko is a seasoned materials engineer with extensive experience in materials characterization and research. Currently serving as Lead Engineer, Materials at Neste since December 2022, Mykola previously held roles such as Materials Specialist at Huawei and Research Scientist at VTT, where the focus included transmission electron microscopy and post-irradiation investigations. Earlier positions include Research Scientist at Aalto University School of Engineering, where the work revolved around mechanical spectroscopy and electro-chemistry, and a Postgraduate Student and Researcher at Helsinki University of Technology, emphasizing the study of interstitial atoms in steels and alloys. Mykola began a career as a Technologist at the International Center for Electron Beam Technology in Ukraine, concentrating on EB remelting and refining of metals. Mykola holds a Dr. Sci. (Tech.) in Engineering Materials from Aalto University and an Mr. Sci. in Materials Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
