Päivi Kivilä

Päivi Kivilä is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Since February 2019, Päivi has held multiple leadership roles at Neste, including Head of Sustainability Communications and Team Lead for various communications divisions. Prior to Neste, Päivi served at Tikkurila Oyj from October 2009 to January 2019, where responsibilities included leading sustainability initiatives, managing corporate communications, and executing the Group social responsibility program. Early career roles at KONE and Partek Corporation further contributed to a solid foundation in communications management. Päivi's educational background includes a Professional Master of Environmental Management & Responsible Business from Aalto University and a BBA from Helia.
