Riitta Af Forselles

Riitta af Forselles serves as the Vice President of Legal, M&A, and Corporate at Neste since September 2019. Prior to this role, Riitta was the Head of Legal, M&A, and Corporate at Finnair from August 2017 to September 2019 and the Head of Compliance at Outotec from March 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included leading the global compliance organization and managing internal investigations. Riitta also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Risk Management and Internal Audit at Outotec, overseeing compliance risks and reporting to the Board of Directors’ Audit and Risk Committee. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel/M&A and Business Integration, managing legal activities for 10 acquisitions, and roles at Fondia Oy and Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. Educational background includes studies at the University of Helsinki.
