Yali Chai

Yali Chai has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Telecommunications Engineering from Aalto University. They have experience working in various analytical roles at different companies, including as a product owner and market analyst at Neste. Yali also worked on the development of a cost control and reporting system for ICT services during their time at Government ICT Centre Valtori. Currently, they are a team lead in product management at Neste, focusing on sustainable plastics and data-driven customer experience in the retail business.
