Michael Henry is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software architecture and development. As the CEO and Chief Architect of Phostek, LLC since July 2020, Michael oversees custom solution delivery, ensuring client satisfaction. In addition, Michael serves as CTO and Chief Architect at Nestey Inc, driving technical asset creation for the startup. Michael has also held prominent roles at InterVision Systems and Tinker LLC, focusing on machine learning and energy conservation solutions. Previously, as Chief Architect and COO at Crossmark Risk Solutions, Michael led the development of a comprehensive enterprise web portal. Michael’s career began with the founding of Lighthouse Patterns, LLC, where innovative software solutions were delivered for over twenty years. Other notable roles include CTO at Clarion Compliance and program management positions at various startups.
