Floyd Holbrook

Floyd Holbrook has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Floyd began their career as a Driver at UPS in 1988 and steadily rose through the ranks to become a Driver Supervisor and eventually a Division Manager. During their tenure at UPS, Floyd implemented various initiatives, turning around underperforming facilities and achieving significant savings and improvements in safety, service, and performance. Floyd also served as a Regional Training Manager, working on management development initiatives. In 2008, Floyd took on the role of President at WAMM Enterprises, LLC, where they successfully rebuilt a failing gas station, convenience store, and restaurant, leading to significant revenue growth. In 2013, they joined Hidden Villa Ranch as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for strategic planning, process management, and relocation of the processing plant. Throughout their career, Floyd has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach.

Floyd Holbrook completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Florida Atlantic University from 1991 to 1993. Floyd then pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, studying from 1994 to 1996.
