About the Position

The Property Inspector is responsible to conduct the required property inspections in line with applicable legislation for all properties being managed by the Company to ensure all property items are present as listed and /or declared.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections in a timely and efficient manner and in line with all legal and safety requirements;
• Ensure all inspections are documented and recorded by completing the required checklists, taking photos, taking videos to ensure all items at and/or in the property are accounted for;
• Provide recommendations to the Company on improvements that could be made to enhance the property's value and/or leasing appeal;
• Communicate and report property inspections to the Company is a clear, accurate and concise manner

  Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Be technologically savvy – working with various software applications
• Business related degree (Preferable);
• One to two years’ work experience conducting Property inspections in Dubai;
• Must be based in Dubai with a valid working visa;
• Must have only vehicle to be used for business purposes;
• Strong administrative task and management experience;
• A proven track record of working independent without the need to be closely managed

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Friday, weekends (when operationally required)
• 9am to 6pm (UAE time)
