About the Position

The 'Property Manager' (fully remote) is responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties and rendering a ‘first class service to Landlords.   The Property Manager serves as the primary contact for Landlords, addressing their property related concerns and implementing strategies to improve occupancy and revenue for their respective properties. The Property Manager’ role includes coordinating property maintenance, processing claims, managing contractor services, and optimizing property performance.   

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire property maintenance process;
• Schedule, oversee and manage property maintenance contractors;
• Maintain effective communication with Landlords on all property maintenance related matters;
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties;
• Oversee and manage the property claims process;
• Fulfill various property related administrative tasks to the highest level of accuracy.

 Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Be technologically savvy – working with various software applications
• Business related degree (Preferable);
• 1 to 2 years work experience overseeing and managing property maintenance;
• General good practical working knowledge of property maintenance issues and how to resolve the issues;
• Strong administrative task and management experience;
• Work experience having worked remotely preferably into the UK
• A proven track record of working independent without the need to be closely managed

Working Days and Hours - United Kingdom Time

• Monday to Friday
• 9am to 6pm
