Ashley Gaida

Ashley Gaida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, account management, and sales within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Nestlé Health Science, Ashley develops and executes learning strategies and training programs, notably leading the curriculum for the launch of Vowst, an innovative treatment for Clostridioides difficile. Prior to this role, Ashley gained valuable expertise as a Key Account Manager at Aimmune Therapeutics, where the successful launch of Palforzia, the first food immunotherapy, was achieved. Experience also includes positions at Philips, NIOX®, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Aetna, highlighting a strong background in medical device sales, training, and provider recruitment.
