Bernard Cuenoud

Bernard Cuenoud is a seasoned professional in the field of medical nutrition and clinical development, currently serving as the Head of Global Research & Clinical Development at Nestlé Health Science since April 2012. Bernard has a substantial background in translational research, particularly in aging, energy metabolism, and rare diseases. Prior to this role, Bernard held positions at Merck Serono as Director and Global Product Team Leader and at Novartis, where contributions spanned from strategic research to project management in early drug development. In addition, Bernard serves as an Adjunct Professor at Université de Sherbrooke. Educational credentials include a PhD from Yale University, a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, and a Master's certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, alongside degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Geneva.
