Claudio Kuoni

Claudio Kuoni serves as the General Counsel for Nestlé Health Science since January 2011, where responsibilities include setting up a new company within the Nestlé Group, providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions, and establishing governance structures for acquired businesses. Prior to this role, Claudio Kuoni was the CEO of Sofinol, a Nestlé subsidiary, managing a specialty oils company focused on high-value bioactive ingredients for the food and cosmetic industries from September 2007 to February 2011. Claudio Kuoni also held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Nestlé from April 2004 to August 2007, leading the European Legal Competence Center in Barcelona, Spain, and served as Legal Counsel for UBS, specializing in International Corporate and Trade Finance from 1996 to August 1998. Claudio Kuoni holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Zurich and completed a program at IMD in 2010.
