Jonathan Carroll

Jonathan Carroll has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Long-Term Business Strategy at Nestlé Health Science, which they began in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief of Staff at Nestlé Health Science from October 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Nestlé Health Science, Jonathan was the Chief of Staff at The Nature's Bounty Co. from June 2020 to October 2021. Jonathan also held the role of Manager of Product Customization at Under Armour from February 2016 to June 2020.

Jonathan started their career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from August 2013 to August 2016. During this time, they also worked as an Urban Leaders Fellow at the Office of Senator Mike Johnston in June and July 2013.

Prior to their consulting role, Jonathan served as a Corps Member at Teach For America from June 2011 to June 2013. Jonathan also worked as a Summer Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in the summer of 2010.

Jonathan's earliest work experience includes an internship at Good Sports, Inc. in the summer of 2009, where they coordinated the donation of sports equipment to low-income communities and created promotional materials for a fundraiser.

Jonathan Carroll attended Williams College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Jonathan then pursued a Masters of Teaching in Education at Marian University Indianapolis from 2011 to 2013.
