Prof Daniel Kwame Prempeh

Prof Daniel Kwame Prempeh has extensive work experience in various roles across many pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Prof Daniel has worked at Pfizer as a Digital Product Delivery Lead, Business Operation and Integration Lead, Manager of Bioprocess Downstream Engineer, Principal Device Engineer, Product Team Lead, Executive Director, Vaccines Operation Executive Director, Head of Medical Analytics, Senior Director of Development Lead, Senior Director of Procurement External Supply & API, Oncology Sales Talent Community, Team Leader of Lifecycle Development & Engineering, and Director of Clinical Research. Prof Daniel has also worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Autologous Program Vein to Vein Lead on site, Director of Patient Reported Outcomes, Director of Clinical Project Scientist-Oncology, and Senior Medical Science Liaison. Additionally, they have held roles at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Clinical Trial Operation Specialist, Nestlé Health Science as a Director of Medical Affairs, Novartis as a Director of Clinical Development and Clinical Development Medical Director, Sanofi as part of the Leadership Accelerator Program and as a Team Lead in R&D and Pharmacovigilance, Merck as a Clinical Research Manager-Oncology, Roche as a Health System Partner Pipeline, and Sandoz as an Associate Director of Ethics, Risk, and Compliance. Prof Daniel has also served as a member of The Serra Club KNUST.

Prof Daniel Kwame Prempeh has a diverse education history. Prof Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. Prof Daniel later pursued a Phd in Psychopharmacology at Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Medical Education. Additionally, they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Harvard Medical School, with a focus on Pharmaceutics and Drug Design, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmacognosy. Prof Daniel also pursued further education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtaining an MSc in Structural and Sewage Engineering, as well as an MSc in Artificial Engineering and Robotics. Furthermore, Prof Prempeh pursued executive education at Harvard Business School, focusing on Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management, and at Harvard Law School, with a concentration in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. Prof Daniel earned an A and O Level Grade from Ghana International School (GIS) and completed their WASSCE (General Science Program) at Mfantsipim School Cape Coast. Prof Prempeh expanded their knowledge in other fields by pursuing an MSc in Public Health at the University of Oxford, specializing in Chronic and Dangerous Disease Surveillance, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Linguistics and Public Speaking at the same institution. Prof Daniel also holds an MSC in Roads Highways and Transport from Michigan State University, focusing on measuring the tensile strength and its approximation to the lifespan of roads. Prof Prempeh is currently pursuing an MSc in Mechanical and Vehicle Automation and Assembly at the University of Michigan, and an MSc in Bank Assurance at London Business School. Finally, they have been honored with the title of Professor of Psychopharmacology and Pharmacology at Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Medical Education, specializing in Adult Psychopharmacology and Paedics and Young Adults Psychopharmacology.
