Shelley Markoulis

Shelley Markoulis is an accomplished packaging professional with over three decades of experience in packaging design and development across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Packaging Design & Development at Nestlé Health Science since August 2021, Markoulis leads innovation and sustainability initiatives for nutritional and dietary supplement products. Prior roles include Sr. Manager at The Bountiful Company, where strategic packaging programs for consumer health products were implemented, and Associate Director at Bayer, focusing on consumer health packaging innovation. Other significant positions include Innovation Lead at Mondelēz International, Independent Consultant in packaging strategy, and a long tenure at Kraft Heinz Company, managing multiple aspects of packaging innovation. Markoulis began a career in packaging engineering at Reckitt and Colman, specializing in condiments and snacks.
