Dimitri Gerebtzoff currently serves as the Head of Consumer and Market Intelligence for Nestlé Professional, leading efforts to enhance consumer understanding and guide strategic decisions since May 2025. Previously, Dimitri held various roles at Nestlé, including Zone Europe Consumer and Marketplace Insight Lead for plant-based meals, where a consumer-centric strategy was developed to drive category growth. With extensive experience in market intelligence and consumer insights, including global responsibilities for the Food category and a background in research and development, Dimitri has a strong focus on leveraging consumer insights to inform brand positioning and innovation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Geneva, alongside earlier studies in mathematics and biology at Lycée Jean Mermoz.
