Henri de Roo has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Henri started their career as a trainee at isolectra in 1988 before moving on to work as a Software Development specialist at Quaker Oats Company from 1990 to 1993. Later, they joined Quaker Oats Company again as a Trade Marketing Specialist from 1994 to 1996. In 1995, they joined Nestle Purina Petcare Europe as a Business Systems Manager Supply Chain. Henri then moved to Nestlé Canada in 2001 and held positions such as Team Lead Customer Service, Team Lead Integration & Planning, Stream Lead Generating Demand, and Vice President Information Services. Henri joined Nestlé Professional in 2015 as the Global Head of Business Applications and later became the Global Head of Digital Customer Experience and eBusiness in 2019.
Henri de Roo attended Regionale Scholengemeenschap Goeree Overflakkee from 1978 to 1985, where they completed their VWO degree. Henri then went on to study at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1989. In 2006, Henri briefly attended IMD, although no degree or field of study is specified.
