Brian Lester

Brian Lester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and innovation, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation at Nestlé Purina North America since March 2003. Prior roles at Nestlé Purina include Director of Marketing, Innovation & Strategy, Brand Director for both Innovation and Pro Plan, and Senior Brand Manager for Pro Plan. In addition, Brian serves as the Founder of Commitment Coffee, an artisanally-roasted coffee brand that allocates 50% of profits to fund scholarships for families of fallen service members. Prior to his current endeavors, Brian worked at Procter & Gamble as an Assistant Brand Manager and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Brian holds a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
