Evelyn Villafana

Evelyn Villafana is an accomplished operations and process engineer with extensive experience in project management and cross-functional leadership. Currently serving as the Operations Startup Leader in Processing at Nestlé Purina North America since April 2024, Evelyn facilitates project requirements and expectations across various operational areas. Previously, as the Greenfield Project Manager and Process Engineer at Envases, Evelyn successfully launched a new manufacturing facility in Waco, TX, overseeing communication, coordination, and reporting processes. As an Area Leader at Hometown Food Company and a Process Engineer at The J.M. Smucker Company, Evelyn honed skills in team management, project implementation, and quality improvement.
