Krys Lugenbeel, MBA, MS, SHRM-CP, CDP ®, currently serves as the HR Manager for Factory at Nestlé Purina North America since September 2023. Prior to this role, Krys held the position of Director of Field People Solutions at CLA, focusing on change management, employee relations, and HR business strategies from April 2019 to September 2023.
