Melisa Baumann

Melisa Baumann has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent at Nestlé Purina PetCare North America since February 1997, after holding various positions including Director and Manager of Organization Development. Prior to joining Nestlé Purina, Melisa worked at Ralston Purina from December 1984 to February 1997, where roles included Senior Technical Instructor, Technical Instructor, and International Department Technical Assistant. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Speech Communications from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
