Alok Prakash

Alok Prakash currently serves as a Senior Project Specialist at Nestlé since November 2025, following an extensive tenure at Roquette from September 2014 to October 2025 in various roles, including Innovation Project Lead for the APAC region and R&D and Innovation Manager, where notable accomplishments included the design and commissioning of an R&D Pilot Plant in China and conducting internal audits in France and India. Alok has a robust academic background, holding an Executive MBA in International Business and Innovation Management from SKEMA Business School and a Master of Science in Sustainable Food Technology from ISA Lille, among other qualifications. Alok's experience spans quality control, process optimization, and team leadership, underpinned by a solid foundation in biotechnology and research methodologies.
