Andrew Aguilar is the International Business Development General Manager at Nestlé. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, working their way up from Strategic Project Leader to their current position. Andrew has been instrumental in transforming organizations, business models, routes to market and go to market practices and processes. Andrew is also an experienced Marketing leader for super premium and luxury brands such as Dolce Gusto and Cailler, developing strategies and corresponding P&Ls. In addition, they are an Innovation leader in Sales for the baking division focused on an optimized route to market, customer, channel and distribution strategy for new item launches. Lastly, they are a Sales and Distribution leader who successfully led the transformation from a legacy sales organization to a high performing direct and distributor hybrid model in Puerto Rico. Under their leadership, Nestlé has become a leading food and beverage company with a strong presence around the world.

Andrew Aguilar has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

They work with Rick Florio - Division VP, Strategic Revenue Management, Mark Luebbers - VP, Customer Business Development. Andrew Aguilar reports to Sanjay Bahadur, Head of Group Strategy and Business Development.
