Apurv Goel

Apurv Goel is currently serving as a Manager for Total Rewards at Nestlé, starting in July 2024, and supporting Global IT hubs in the Nestlé Global Business Services. Previously, Apurv held the position of Lead HR Partner at Flipkart from June 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included executing mid-year PD cycles, conducting attrition analytics, and launching Qualtrics for over 18,000 employees. Apurv also completed internships at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on brand perception strategies and internal role movement frameworks, respectively. Before transitioning into HR roles, Apurv worked as an Associate in Data and Analytics at PwC India from July 2018 to July 2020, delivering reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools. Apurv holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
