Ariane Lussato

Ariane Lussato has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Head Confectionery Europe at Nestlé since June 2003. Ariane has held various leadership positions within Nestlé, including Head of HR Nestlé Business Services and Head of HR Continuous Excellence, where significant contributions were made to enhance business performance, reduce attrition, and improve service quality. Key accomplishments include managing HR priorities aligned with business goals and optimizing HR processes. Previously, Ariane worked as an HR internal consultant at Nestlé, focusing on organization design and process redesign. Earlier roles at Nestlé France included HR Manager for Sales and Supply Chain and Factory HR Manager, with a strong emphasis on employee and labor relations. Ariane began a career at Groupe Courtaud as a Senior Recruitment Specialist after obtaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources from CELSA - Sorbonne University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Institute of Political Sciences in Aix en Provence.
