Arjen Woortman is an experienced digital commerce and marketing professional with a strong background in eCommerce strategy and online sales management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Commerce at Nestlé Nespresso SA since February 2019, Arjen leads a team to drive sales strategies and optimize profitability for Nespresso Netherlands. Previously, Arjen held the position of Global Ecommerce Manager at Signify, where responsibility included developing the B2C global partner program and expanding market presence. Arjen also served as Head of Online Marketing & Sales Management at Miele, overseeing online marketing strategies and enhancing e-commerce revenue. Additional roles include various managerial positions within Miele Nederland B.V. and earlier experience in audio/video installation and web development. Arjen holds a Master's Degree in New Media and Digital Culture from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
