Previously, Chris held various roles at Nestlé, including Project Lead in Demand Planning, where they led significant process changes, and Category Demand Planner, focusing on seasonal volume-fixing and team leadership. Chris's experience includes managing demand planning for major customers like Tesco and Sainsbury's, and they transitioned into a commercial role after over a decade in supply chain management. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from The University of Hull.
