Gabriela Lopez, M.A., currently serves as a Senior Analyst in People Analytics at Nestlé, where responsibilities include developing the Integrated Talent Planning program, collaborating on diversity initiatives, and enhancing workforce planning through data analytics and stakeholder coaching. Prior to Nestlé, Gabriela worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing data-driven insights to strengthen HR strategies and implementing key HR projects. Gabriela's experience also includes teaching statistics at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, program evaluation for Space of Her Own, and consultancy work for non-profits. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
