Helen McCarthy

Helen McCarthy is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant at Nestlé since May 2022, Helen supports various teams in writing, editing, and communication projects. Previously, as the Global Internal Communications Director for Nestlé Skin Health/Galderma from July 2018 to January 2021, Helen was instrumental in implementing the global internal communications strategy. Additionally, during a lengthy tenure at Nestlé S.A. from March 2007 to June 2018, Helen held multiple roles, including Head of HR Communication & Employee Collaboration, where Helen led communication efforts aligned with HR strategies, and Digital Media Specialist HR, focusing on digital and social media strategies for the HR function, among other responsibilities. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from University College Cork.
