Holger Sitzler

Holger Sitzler is the Head of Operations for Nestlé South Eastern Europe, where they ensure FMCG product supply across 11 countries and lead operations end-to-end. Previously, Holger served as Divisional Technical Director at Nestlé, specializing in business turnaround and factory restructuring. Their extensive background includes overseeing manufacturing strategies at the Nestlé Product & Technology Centre and a solid foundation in dairy from an apprenticeship at FrieslandCampina. Holger holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology and Biotechnology from Technische Universität München and completed a leadership program at London Business School.
