Jo-Anne Rossouw

Jo-Anne Rossouw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital learning and employee development. At Nestlé, Jo-Anne served as Global Digital Learning Manager, empowering 273,000 employees to enhance their digital skills for career advancement. Previously, as Head of Digital Learning, Jo-Anne drove the adoption of key digital learning platforms to support employee skill enhancement. In the role of Learning Specialist, Jo-Anne led the design and implementation of global end user learning curricula for SAP’s business transformation projects. Prior to Nestlé, Jo-Anne was Learning Manager at Bridge PT Consulting, overseeing a team focused on developing learning curricula for significant business changes. Jo-Anne began the career as Learning Coordinator at SAP Southern Africa, where responsibilities included creating curricula for SAP 4.0 clients. Education was completed at Nelson Mandela University.
