Joyce Lawrence is a Senior Principal Project Manager and R&D Site Portfolio Manager at Nestlé, with a strong background in project management, marketing, and innovation. Previously, they held various roles at companies such as Procter & Gamble, The J.M. Smucker Company, and MeadWestvaco, where they successfully managed product launches and marketing strategies. Joyce has also served as an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, teaching business and marketing courses. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Executive Management at Ashland University and hold degrees in Technical Studies and Organizational Management.
