Judy Cascapera

Judy Cascapera is the current Chief People Officer at Nestle USA. Judy has been in the Human Resources field for over 30 years. Judy started their career as an HR Specialist at Riverside Personnel Services in 1987. In 1989, they became the Human Resources Manager at General Mills, where they worked for four years. In 1993, Judy joined Nestlé, where they have been working ever since.
