Judy Cascapera has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a career spanning over three decades. Judy started as an HR Specialist at Riverside Personnel Services before moving on to become a Human Resources Manager at General Mills. Currently, Judy holds the position of Chief People Officer at Nestlé, overseeing the human resources function for Nestlé Zone North America and Nestlé USA. Prior to this role, Judy held various HR leadership positions at Nestlé, including Vice President of Human Resources, Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Consultant.
