Kristoffer Smart

Kristoffer Smart is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Market Security Manager for Nestlé Anglo-Dutch Caribbean since October 2025, where responsibilities include the strategic development and operational execution of security programs to safeguard assets and operations across the multi-island market. Prior to Nestlé, Kristoffer held multiple roles at Proman, including Security Manager and Risk & Resilience - Security Intelligence Officer, where efforts focused on risk assessment and crisis management. Experience also includes serving as a Security Advisor at DeNovo Energy Ltd, responsible for risk assessments and security training, and a Team Lead in the British Army, providing leadership and ensuring safety of personnel and equipment. Kristoffer holds an Awards Level 5 (Foundation Degree) in Security Management from the International Secure Minds Training Academy.
