Lee Hawley

Lee Hawley is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Nestlé Professional and Nestlé Coffee since July 2025, Lee supports leadership teams in driving performance and growth. Previously, Lee was the Group Head of HR at Daytona Motorsport, overseeing the people agenda across nationwide venues. Lee's background includes leading HR functions at Quandoo, where strategic alignment with business objectives fostered organizational growth, as well as managerial roles in talent acquisition and HR operations. With earlier experience at CN Sales Recruitment and Chelsea Football Club, Lee has a proven track record in transforming HR practices and commercial functions. Lee holds certifications in Developing HR and Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace from The Open University.
