Ross Hay currently serves as the Head of Tax Operations and CoCs at Nestlé, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Ross Hay accumulated extensive experience at Takeda, including roles as Senior Director of Global Tax Operations and Technology, Finance Transformation Lead, and Senior Director of Global Tax Operations and EUCAN from September 2012 to August 2023. Ross Hay began a career in tax management consulting at Deloitte from 2000 to August 2012 as a Senior Manager. Additional roles include Owner of Highdown Vineyard from June 2005 to April 2010, PanEuropean Financial Systems Project Leader at ExxonMobil from September 1998 to September 2000, and VAT Intrastat Module Leader at Exxon Chemical. Ross Hay earned a BSc in Geology from the University of Southampton between 1995 and 1998, and attended Brighton College from 1990 to 1995.
