Sean Cotter

Sean Cotter is a lead-from-the-front engineering executive with over 20 years of experience in developing long-range operational and manufacturing goals. They have successfully managed global engineering teams and executed projects in countries including Japan, Australia, and Switzerland. Sean played a critical role in restructuring R&D facilities, improving manufacturing processes, and leading innovation initiatives at Nestlé, where they oversaw significant budgets and teams. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University while holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
