Yoram Elzam

Yoram Elzam is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in IT infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as IT Infrastructure Manager and CISO at Osem-Nestle Israel since June 2018, Yoram oversees global IT technology, infrastructure, and services. Previously, Yoram held the position of Global IT Operations Manager at Frutarom and was IT Director at Eden Springs, leading initiatives in global IT management, process adherence, budget oversight, and vendor management. Earlier experiences include extensive roles at Amdocs, where responsibilities encompassed designing and executing large-scale projects, managing global teams, and implementing information security policies. Yoram's career began as a Network Engineer at France Telecom Mobile, culminating in a solid foundation of expertise in IT systems and leadership across various industries. Education was completed at The Open University of Israel.
