Under his Leadership, NCG has served customers accelerating Technology and digital initiatives to strengthen NCG leadership in technology innovation. Anil acts as an executive sponsor for large engagements and enables end to end digital transformation for clients.

As a serial entrepreneur, Anil has founded 1to1help.net, India’s pioneer and market leader in Employees Assistance Program(EAP) and POSH services. He also founded Computer Garage, one of India’s first and largest third Party Maintenance organizations in the private sector.

An alumnus of IIT-R and IIM Ahmedabad, Anil is a sports enthusiast. He has completed 30 half marathons and one full marathon. As a University level Tennis and Cricket player, Anil motivates all NCGians.
