Joaquín Castiella Sánchez-Ostiz

Joaquín Castiella Sánchez-Ostiz is the CEO of LexaGo since October 2020, where a solution based on artificial intelligence is offered to address everyday labor inquiries. Additionally, Joaquín has been a partner at Grupo LEXA since August 2006, a firm specializing in Labor Law and Social Security, providing both legal services and digital advisory through a platform for clients. Joaquín has served as an Associate Professor of Labor Law and is currently a doctoral candidate in Labor Law and Social Security at the University of Navarra since September 2018. Joaquín also holds an "Of Counsel" position as a labor lawyer at NET CRAMAN ABOGADOS since June 2020 and previously worked at Bravo y Serra Abogados from July 2004 to August 2006. Educational background includes a Master Executive in Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in 2019, a Master in Labor Legal Advisory from the same institution in 2004, and a Law degree from the University of Navarra, obtained in 2002.
