Steven Wolberg

Steven Wolberg is the current Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Net Element. Steven has held this position since 2013, when their previous company Unified Payments was acquired by Net Element. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Director at Acies Corporation from 2009 to 2012, where they were responsible for directing corporate initiatives and developing strategic alliances with key corporate partners. Wolberg has also served as the President of Oakland Properties, Inc. from 1996 to 2000, and as the Managing Member of Prime Portfolios, LLC.

Steven Wolberg attended the New England School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Steven then went on to attend the University of the Witwatersrand, where they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

They work with Jeffrey Ginsberg - Chief Financial Officer, Vlad Sadovskiy - President of Integrated Payments and Merchant Services, and Andrey Krotov - Chief Technology Officer. Steven Wolberg reports to Oleg Firer, Executive Chairman & CEO.
