Steven Wolberg is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Net Element, where Steven oversees global legal affairs and manages a team of in-house attorneys. Steven is also the Managing Member at Prime Portfolios, LLC, a member-managed capital fund focusing on opportunities within the payment processing industry. With a background in law from New England Law | Boston and the University of the Witwatersrand, Steven has held various legal and leadership positions at companies such as Unified Payments, Acies Corporation, Mascot Network, and Oakland Properties, Inc.
