Brad Seman

Brad Seman has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Brad started their career at ExecutivePulse, Inc. in October 2011 as a Software Developer and worked until February 2014. In March 2014, they joined Net Health as a Software Engineer and held this role until October 2019. During their time at Net Health, Brad also served as a Scrum Master from March 2017 to December 2018, demonstrating their leadership skills. In October 2019, Brad advanced to the position of Team Lead, Software Engineering, where they continued to contribute to the growth and success of the company. Currently, Brad holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Net Health, starting in January 2023.

Brad Seman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) from Scrum.org, which they obtained in December 2018, and a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, which they obtained in August 2017.
