Chad Cheung

Chad Cheung has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chad is currently employed as the Director of Interoperability & Integrations at Net Health since July 2023. In this role, they oversee the management of interface migration projects and coordinates network changes and application installations for Private Practice clients.

Prior to their current position, Chad worked as the Manager of Interfaces at Net Health from March 2021 to July 2023. Chad led two teams of Application Developers and Business Analysts, supporting over 300 EHR integrations for Net Health's Skilled Nursing and Private Practice lines of business. One of their key projects involved planning and managing the interface migration for more than 80 Private Practice clients as part of the Clinic Web initiative.

Before joining Net Health, Chad served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Promenade at Porter Ranch Community Association since January 2009. This homeowner's association consists of 249 units and operates with an annual budget of approximately $1,200,000.00.

Chad managed a team of Application Developers and Business Analysts and led various projects for Casamba Skilled, an electronic medical record software used by 60% of all Skilled Nursing Facilities in the U.S. Chad also handled high-profile projects for Casamba's Skilled, Clinic, and Home product lines.

As an Application Development Manager and Project Manager at AIG from October 2013 to June 2017, Chad led a team in the ongoing development and production support of 17 applications used by over 300 users across multiple countries. Chad also managed various projects for the company.

Chad served as a Project Manager at Amgen on a contract basis from March 2013 to July 2013. Chad led an enterprise-wide project to implement IT Service Management for all IS departments, contributing to the company's overall financial and strategic objectives.

At MetLife, Chad held multiple roles including Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst. From March 2007 to January 2013, they led software development and infrastructure projects and ensured the security of web applications against hacking threats. Chad's early career included a role as a Business Systems Analyst at Countrywide Home Loans from June 2002 to December 2004. Chad conducted business and systems analysis for various projects, including the successful upgrade of the desktop operating system for more than 500 Customer Service Representatives by integrating Aspect phone system technology with an IBM emulator.
