David Cook

David Cook has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. David currently works as a Staff Engineer at Net Health. Prior to this, David worked as the Bureau Director of Educator Information Systems at the MS Department of Education from 2014 to 2022, where they led various important projects. Before that, they served as a Consultant at Capital Strategies from 2011 to 2014, where they played a pivotal role in developing a VB.Net web application. David also worked as a GIS Specialist/Developer at C-DID from 2010 to 2012 and as the Owner of DWC Designs from 1999 to 2010.
