Ditra Singh

Ditra Singh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. From 2018 to present, they have worked at Net Health as a Senior Service Desk Administrator, where their main responsibilities include administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint for over 900 employees and contractors. Ditra also works closely with Security to process employee onboarding and separations to maintain compliance with HIPAA and SOC regulations. In addition, they have expertise in configuring storage accounts, virtual machines, enterprise applications, security groups, conditional access policies, and firewalls within Azure.

Prior to Net Health, Ditra worked at WEBPOWER, INC. as a System Administrator from 2013 to 2018. In this role, they provided support for various operating systems like Windows, Mac, Android, and Linux, as well as ensured website functionality through quality control and regression testing. Ditra also configured LANs and provided support for internal tools.

Before their career in IT, Ditra served as an Infantryman in the Florida Army National Guard from 2011 to 2017. In this role, they displayed proficiency in rifle and team management and upheld military physical and behavioral standards in a team-based environment.

Ditra Singh's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Forest Hill Community High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2009. Ditra then enrolled in the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Science degree. In 2017, they attended Thinkful and completed a Full-Stack Web Development program, receiving a Certificate of Completion in 2018.

Ditra also holds additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained the "Exam 98-366: Networking Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. In 2019, they completed the "Exam 357: Developing Mobile Apps" certification, also from Microsoft. Most recently, in May 2023, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" certification from Microsoft.
