Holly Hester

Holly Hester has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Holly is currently working at Net Health as the Senior Director of Strategic Client Partnerships, a position they have held since April 2021.

Before joining Net Health, Holly spent four years at Casamba, where they served as the SVP of Compliance and Education. In this role, they were responsible for leading Casamba's Compliance and Education Department enterprise-wide, providing regulatory guidance, clinical programming, content development, education and training steerage, and compliance support for the company.

Prior to their time at Casamba, Holly worked at Brighton Rehabilitation, LLC as the Vice President of Compliance and Training from November 2015 to November 2017. Holly also held the position of Senior Director of Education and Compliance at EnduraCare Acute Care Services, LLC from September 2009 to November 2015.

Holly's career in the healthcare industry began at Therapy Management Services, where they worked as a Physical Therapist from January 1999 to December 2001. Holly then worked as a Physical Therapist and traveler at GroupOne-CompHealth from July 1997 to December 1998.

Holly's early experience includes working as a Physical Therapist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from July 1994 to July 1997 and at TriCounty Home Health from January 2002 to August 2003. Holly also served as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Coffee Health Group from August 2003 to August 2004.

In 2004, Holly joined EnduraCare Therapy Management, Inc, where they held multiple roles including Director of Rehabilitation Services, Area Manager, and Director of Education and Compliance. Holly was with the company until September 2009.

Throughout their career, Holly has gained expertise in strategic client partnerships, compliance, education, clinical programming, and training in the healthcare industry.

Holly Hester has an extensive education history. Holly began their educational journey by attending Calvin University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist at Hahnemann University. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Holly attended A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, where they studied Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Additionally, Holly has acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Holly furthered their qualifications by obtaining a Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) in October 2016. Most recently, in March 2019, Holly acquired a Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) from the same institution, the Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
