Kelly Rosser

Kelly Rosser, CPA, possesses extensive experience in accounting and finance, holding various leadership positions within multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at NET Power and Heliogen, Kelly has also fulfilled interim duties as Chief Financial Officer. Previous roles include Corporate Controller at ZENITH ENERGY MANAGEMENT, LLC, and Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. Additionally, Kelly held significant positions at Dynegy, including Managing Director and Assistant Controller, as well as Director of Technical Accounting. Kelly Rosser earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University, completing studies from 1993 to 1998.
