In their current role as a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer, Ryan takes on key projects and resolves escalated tickets while also mentoring other staff members. Prior to their IT support roles, Ryan worked as a Data Analyst at Thomson Reuters and as a Sales Advisor at Dixons Retail.
