Ryan Moseley has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Network Management and Security from Glyndwr University. Ryan has worked in various IT support roles at companies such as Net World Sports Ltd, Demon Tweeks, and Pescado. In their current role as a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer, Ryan takes on key projects and resolves escalated tickets while also mentoring other staff members. Prior to their IT support roles, Ryan worked as a Data Analyst at Thomson Reuters and as a Sales Advisor at Dixons Retail. Throughout their career, Ryan has gained experience in customer service, system troubleshooting, and data analysis.
