Charalampos Dimarchopoulos

Charalampos Dimarchopoulos has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Charalampos started their career in 2013 as a System Network Administrator at Calma NetCafe, where they were responsible for designing the local network, installing and configuring server operating systems, and providing support for file servers and ERP suites. In 2015, they worked as a System Administrator at AlphaServer, where they maintained the local network and provided support for on-premises hardware servers.

In 2016, they became an IT Consultant, collaborating with over 80 different small and mid-level companies to support, deploy, and manage their local infrastructure. Their responsibilities included computer network planning and defining hardware requirements. Charalampos also worked as an IT Support Specialist at Technolife LTD from 2016 to 2020, where they provided on-site and remote troubleshooting for server and network failures and implemented new technologies based on customer needs.

From 2019 to 2020, Charalampos worked as a Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance Greece, where they provided help-desk support and troubleshooted WAN-level network issues for the largest ISP in Greece.

Their most recent role was at Technolife LTD from 2020 to present, where they served as a Pre-Sales Engineer and IT Consultant. In this position, they managed over 50 accounts in various industries, ensuring infrastructure stability. Charalampos was also responsible for designing networks, implementing wireless networks, and specialized in ERP and retail software solution setup and infrastructure maintenance.

Charalampos will soon be joining NET2GRID as an Office IT/System Admin, starting in 2023.

Charalampos Dimarchopoulos attended the Technical Highschool on Computer and network engineering from 2007 to 2010. After completing high school, they pursued further education at the TEI of Kavala from 2010 to 2014. There, they studied IT & Electronics Engineering without specifying a specific degree.
