Evangelos Angelou

Evangelos Angelou has a range of experience in software testing and engineering. Evangelos worked as a Software Engineer in Test at NET2GRID from April 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they served as a Software & System Test Engineer at Kenotom - Embedded Engineering Excellence from January 2022 to March 2023, where they were involved in system level test automation development for automotive ECUs, manual testing of safety critical firmware for automotive electric motor ECUs, and various types of test development for basic software testing.

Before their role at Kenotom, Evangelos worked as an IT Assistant for the Hellenic Army from March 2021 to December 2021. Evangelos also had previous experience at Kenotom - Embedded Engineering Excellence as an Embedded Systems & Software Test Engineer from March 2019 to February 2021, where they were responsible for test development, automated tests using Java and the Cucumber framework, and software architecture design for electric motor ECUs.

Evangelos also gained experience as an Embedded Software Engineer/Intern at Kenotom - Embedded Engineering Excellence from July 2017 to December 2017. Evangelos began their career as an Electronics Engineer at Aristotle Racing Team (ART) from November 2014 to August 2016.

Evangelos Angelou completed their education at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2011 to 2019. Evangelos pursued an Integrated Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a five-year academic program that awarded him a joint BSc and MSc degree.

In addition to their formal education, Evangelos Angelou obtained several certifications. Evangelos became a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) through the ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2022. Evangelos also completed an online course titled "Beginning C++ Programming - From Beginner to Beyond" from Udemy in February 2022. In November 2021, they achieved the certification of Certified Member from Techniko Epimelitirio Elladas - TEE. Lastly, in August 2019, they completed an online course on the "Complete Cucumber Framework for BDD" from Udemy.
